Pros

I was hired by Knight in 2017 as a full time employee. The office is located in a very popular area of Miami Beach near many stores and restaurants. There is a parking garage next to the building for very convenient and fast parking, paid for by the company. Knight is part of a very rapidly growing industry. The work environment is very fast paced and the work day goes by fairly quickly. All departments work closely together to meet company goals and deadlines. I have grown professionally and gained experience that will open my career path.

Cons

I have witnessed unfair management practices. They use the word "disgruntled" a lot to describe anyone that opens their mouth about something wrong that was done to them in an effort to discredit any wrongdoing on behalf of management or the company. A fellow coworker felt harassed by a member of management and when she finally grew the courage to speak up and go to HR, she was immediately discredited and was told that the manager she was accusing was "a very professional family man and he would never do such a thing". She was told that maybe she was just confused and misinterpreting his behavior. She was fired two weeks later. Most employees either quit or are fired within their first year of employment, even employees who are always on time and work hard. If you complain about anything, you're gone.

Pros

You get to work in beautiful South Beach, with free parking and loads of shopping choices. Lunch is a much-needed getaway. Trust me.

Cons

Most of the higher level supervisors are liars, and the CEO unfortunately believes all the gossip and lies he is fed...so he will act nice towards you. But don't be surprised when a member of the "executives" throws you under the bus at their first chance, especially to save themselves the need for admitting their own wrongs. This place is full of bitter people with a chip on their shoulder - those seem to last the longest. One of the newer higher ups is a complete NIGHTMARE to work with and employs scare tactics on a weekly basis. People work there out of dire necessity and they'll only obey dumb rules out of fear of being fired for no reason. This place is a facade of a "great company", but make no mistake, RUN as fast as you can!!

Pros

There are none. Unless you like to work through lunch and eat cold pizza. Commute is hell and if you’re late - here come the demerits! Quality of work is far less important than quantity.

Cons

Might as well be an MI6 agent or Navy Seal to be trusted with any important information. If you think about working there - when they ask you if you have any questions, ask them how many people they have fired or quit during the past 18 months. They are out of funds, folks, of this I am sure. And the companies who invested in them are going to come a-calling soon. Image and aesthetics are far more important than building a company. It really is quite sad.
