Pros
The location is wonderful and the yarn selection at Knit Purl is luxurious and well curated. The store has a minimal quality that makes it easy to help customers and find inventory
Cons
There were several people who received somewhat harshly critical reviews from a manager, but the critics were read aloud to them by a different manger. It was an odd and shame inducing situation. Perhaps this is a common practice, but I had never experienced it before or since.
