The head of design does not know how to use adobe creative suite, Microsoft office, CAD, etc... Incredibly hostile toxic culture. All upper management will lie directly to your face. Sexual harassment is common practice. Upper management will spread rumors of rising levels of animosity in departments in order to fire employees. Very poor communication skills. Does not compensate employees well. Retailer in severe debt.

There is no matching 401K, the healthcare benefits suck, you cannot get vacation until 1 WHOLE YEAR of working there, and no paid time off. Most of the people work in a non-air conditioned plant that needs to get looked at by OSHA and shut down.!!! Hostile work environment. Racist managers, constant swearing to employees and around employees. The computer system they use is outdated and needs to die. The owners are all a bunch of old people who cannot move forward to the 21st century...It's called a freaking laptop! and an Apple Computer--look into it!
