I thought about the pros for couple of minutes, but I found none.
Cons
4-6 people works, no matter how much target you complete but they will always tell you the target is not completed. Salary is never on time. Unnecessary pressure even you work hard. No company fix timings, they call you according to their time. No one should ever go for this job atleast. No joining letter , salary is never on your account, so no salary proof. No experience count.
