I would rather work at any Retail store then here if the trapping 2 months notice period wasn't mandatory document.
Pros
Salary gets credited to your account on time even though its almost peanuts compared to current job market. You'll get experience certificate to join a better place. You learn to deal with unfairness in corporate world and lazy bosses who wouldn't lift a finger to help you. Unless you are really desperate for Money and this is the only option, stay away. I had option to work at 2 other company's however I choose knoah trusting their words and I'm stuck here and suffering. They intentionally change the incentive plans in middle of month to get out of paying and the new incentive plans are unreal.
Cons
I've sent multiple mails to HR and Management and there has been no communication from them as they didn't provide atleast a manageable increment. You'll be robbed of your opportunities unless you snuggle up to management. They keep new Introducing buggy tools just after they make current one stable. I've been here for 3 years and I've personally helped people from committing the same mistakes as I did by joining here, they are at better place and higher salary range. They'll treat you like a doormat and threaten to fire you if you try to explain something. I'm only one still working here from my batch of 30 due to my circumstances, they all quit(They are happier now) .
