      Pros

      The team is full of friendly, talented people who are always willing to lend a hand and share their knowledge. Management also listens to feedbacks and ideas. They’re flexible and trust employees to manage their work. There are always exciting projects going on, so it’s the perfect place if you like being challenged and trying new things.

      Cons

      Rush deadlines. Multiple projects ongoing. Long hours whenever there are events or projects ongoing.

      Pros

      Works like a family, best in industry benefits and a very understanding management. Probably the only events company you retire in.

      Packed schedule, back to back jobs can be very challenging, but that's really very common in any events company
