It is a good company which is open to new suggestions from it's employees to further grow the company. Understands the needs of the Business and it's employees as well. Great team communication.

The guys on the sales team are pretty nice.
Cons
management is horrible, no growth opportunities, very low salary, very hard to get insurance and premiums ordered by law, family business so you can expect an 18 year old kid family member giving you wrong orders and then get blamed for the mistake
