      I wish I could see any best reason.

      Cons

      micromanagement Team leader lacks empathy. They do not respect their reporting agents. They will not give any leaves including sick leaves. All they need is to achieve target no matter whether their is ticket flows or not. The team leader DO NOT treat their employees as humans. I wish I could name some of them. Talking about payscale, way to less than market standards. I am not sure whether the company has heard anything about inflation.
