      Good if you want to pass time and get salary

      Bad management Full of politics No one is interested in getting work done or being productive No proper systems in place but blame the developers for everything. No proper timelines being followed. Zero work culture No proper team structure Boss doesnt understand and know even a little bit of what is going on Cant take leaves easily
