Pros
They must of had every friend and family member write reviews to hide the real ones...... The pros - free lunch - games in the office - colleagues - the pay is good but its almost a bribe to keep your mouth shut
Cons
Too many.... but I'll keep it to a minimum. If "they" like you and your in to kissing up, your in. If you don't keep "them" happy, if "they" don't like you, your going to have a hard time here. To say that you won't do well here is you "don't like a challenge" or "are not a self starter" is complete BS. You won't do well here because you are sold an environment that is not true. One minute you have healthcare, then you dont. One minute you have an office to work in, then you don't. One minute you have a paycheck, then you don't. (Yes, literally, we didn't get paid) Management lies, manipulates and is abusive. There is an "offshore" team, but they don't want their clients to know. They even make you update your LinkedIn profile location just to make sure. Money is spent like its water, but employees aren't paid on time. Honestly, I'd just stay far, far away.
