Pros

1. PF 2. 50% off on lunch 3. Culture & Environment 4. Good for interns and fresh grads

Cons

1. They will lay off you when they don't need you like after 1 or 2 year of service. They will hire intern, you will train them and later on they will tell you to find other job because the intern and you have the same knowledge for the project 2. too many decision maker 3. favoritism and toxic heads 4. Less increment due to increase of employees

PF policy is not good HR is nonexistent, only forward what owner is saying Nepotism, owner brothers are everywhere no one has liberty to work with his innovation

Pros

- Subsidised lunch - Bi-Annual increments - Games(Playstation, Table tennis, foosball), tournaments. - Yearly picnics - Bi-annual picnics organised within team.

Cons

You would often find yourself doing overwork. The management here only cares about delivering projects as fast as possible, with no care for employee well being. You won't be able to write good, scalable & high quality softwares, because of timelines. You might be working on multiple projects in a single day, with no clear requirements. You would be paired with interns so that company can save cost, which also means you are responsible for the mediocre work they do(of no fault of their own).
