      Pros

      Dynamic Office, Friendly, positive place to work. I have been working at Kodorski Design since 2014. Throughout the past 4 years, I have found the working environment to be extremely positive, supportive, and highly professional. My training period was educational and my growth as a professional here was encouraged and fostered thus setting up a solid foundation to grow from.

      Challenging, Fast-paced working environment with rewarding outcomes.

      Pros

      Friendly, Professional work environment. Great place to learn and add knowledge, owners are very nice and hardworking you will learn a lot in this company taking in consideration that these people are perfectionist , I believe that they will not accept but good people to work with them.

      Cons

      1-Extreme professionalism they would not keep up with clumsy work quality but if you are a great professional and knows what you are doing you would not feel as a stranger, in fact they praise and reward hard working people.

      Nice location in the city

      Cons

      The Principal has poor communication skills. The Principal has poor management skills. The Principal lacks the capacity to work with others in the design field, as he will say he always has ‘right’ answers. Poor problem solver and lacks capacity to listen to advice. Poor comments regarding gender and race relations.
