Pros
Action-oriented and results-driven. Employee-owned with excellent benefits. Lots of opportunities for growth. Adapter of technology and data-driven decision making.
Cons
Kiewit is a construction-based company with minimal knowledge/understanding of engineering. As a relatively new unit (5 years old) KOE is still developing relationships and trust within the larger enterprise.

Pros
- Good learning opportunity. Managers and co-workers are always available to give advice and help train you to become great at sales. - Fast-paced and fun culture. Lots of singing and dancing. Recognition is always given to those who excel.
Cons
- No work-life balance. You are expected to work from 7:30am to at least 8pm on average, Saturdays and Sundays included. Working any less is regarded as mediocre and having an "employee" mentality. - No room for dissent. The culture revolves around "mystic", a concept that is supposed to mean "respect" but ends up meaning "suck it up and don't object". People who question management decisions are shut down and sometimes ridiculed.
