      Horrible leadership. No HR. No accountability. Favoritism. Quality is bad. Bad employees stay while the good ones are punished.

      Pros

      They always try to meet my concerns and address them once they aren’t. Super straight forward. Communication is key but once that is achieved you can thrive here.

      Cons

      For my position there is no growth as I am topped out. if anything opens up Internally I sure will submit my stacked resume and go for it here at Koia vs looking somewhere else.
