The company has significantly gone downhill the last few months, specifically within the AU team. Senior management are completely incompetent and have failed to implement proper work processes as a result of poor planning, structure and a lack of direction, and rather shifts the blame onto the CEO for not being able to make concrete decisions. There are pockets of a very toxic work culture brewing, which includes dictatorship, not addressing areas of poor capability, providing little training and support to staff, and a pattern of disguising bullying/harassment as “constructive feedback”. In the end, those with knowledge and expertise who have the capabilities to really implement change have been laid off and those who add little to no value are praised and tapped on the shoulder for promotion - especially if you’re a ‘favourite’. Because of this, the team dynamics have shifted dramatically and the company culture has tarnished.
