Good environment and friendly co-workers

- I love my team; it's the first time I've worked with a team that always makes me feel capable of producing good work without feeling pressured or dealing with common workplace issues like behavioral problems or individuals trying to make others look bad. Instead, we always work together to produce great work and help each other excel. Inter-team issues are rare, and when they do occur, they are addressed and resolved quickly and effectively. The company environment allows you to express your opinions openly and transparently without any external pressures. Our voices are always heard, and many changes are implemented based on our feedback. One of the biggest and most important advantages for me is that my manager is understanding and easy to work with. He always prioritizes my comfort while working. Even if I fall short sometimes, he focuses on how to help me improve rather than putting pressure or blame on me. I’ve been with the company for nearly two years, during which I've learned a lot and improved my skills. This is thanks to the opportunities for learning and experimentation, and the important space given for understanding and learning from mistakes, leading to effective solutions and avoiding similar issues in the future.
