Pros
They bought lunch sometimes on fridays
Cons
This workplace lacked clear structure and organization. I frequently found myself searching for necessary tools and materials. The company manuals contained numerous errors, which created confusion and inefficiency. Weak leadership or lack there of from the owners, pay was low, and opportunities for career advancement were limited. I regularly encountered strong chemical odors, raising concerns about worker safety (not a receptive environment for those types of concerns). The work itself, when available, was relatively simple. However, I frequently spent time addressing issues like missing parts, locating tools, and correcting errors in existing documentation. Warehouse settings are rarely pleasant, but this was one of the untidiness and unclean work settings I've ever been in. Combined with the extreme temperatures (both cold in winter and hot in summer), it felt like working outdoors without the benefit of fresh air. While I'm not unfamiliar with hard work or challenging environments (having served in the military and held numerous demanding jobs), this workplace was consistently substandard. This environment may not be suitable for everyone. If you prioritize a well-organized and safe workplace with competitive pay and opportunities for growth, this may not be the right fit for you.
