The higher-ups often manipulate us to believe in their culture & values. They normalize employees to work in Kompas for their life-purpose without even bother to improve their employee's well-being (such as basic needs, appropriate salary, salary raise, etc)

A considerably established and stable company. The employees are agreeable and respects each other. No toxic culture.

Cons

The company still operates in traditional way. Very slow in adapting to the digital transformation happening around them. Also there is very little room for career acceleration. You'll probably stay in the same position for years.
