The name of ‘Kompas’ which is a well-known and legendary name of media industry in Indonesia speaks itself as a place that will help you to be a good and critical journalist. They trained us to get used to face any situation in the field to cover news in way both informative and objective. A good place to kick-off your career as newbie journo.

Cons

The environment kinda toxic. The pressure they gave especially for daily reporter is sort of higher than the investigative ones that is why the turnover is high as well. Benefit has always been UMR.
