Pros
Salary was not bad and they wanted to use high-tech, even though no one in there had the knowledge.
Cons
They could have a shiny future, but they were suffering without a strategy. The job could be done remotely, no need to do it on-site. Location was far from everything. Lunch was not healthy. The team was under stress and people were already poisoned. Culture was toxic.
