Management is clueless, communication within teams and departments is horribly poor, HR will make your life horrible when it comes to internal recruitment, you will find people and go just like their roller doors, it's a quick burn and churn organisation having a long term career is not possible as it's based on favouritism and has no structure, unprofessional, toxic place which will make you question your worth and abilities. Stay away if you can or if you are really desperate do the role for about 6 to 12 months and move on. There are many other great companies. Couldn't believe a large global organisation they sell then self could be so poor. Salary is not great as compared to workload and targets, incentives are not great. There is no rewards or recognition. It's numbers game. Cut throat profits at the cost of customers or employees.
