I would strongly advise candidates not to join Konexions Gurgaon based on my experience.
The workplace is highly unprofessional, with poor office conditions — unhygienic washrooms, inadequate seating, and lack of even basic facilities like proper drinking water arrangements at times. It reflects very little concern for employee well-being.
Work hours are excessive (10–11 hours daily) without any additional compensation, and the workload is extremely high. Even in a customer support role, there is constant sales-like pressure.
There are no basic employee benefits such as PF, ESIC, or health insurance. Salary practices are particularly concerning — delayed payments (often beyond the 7th), around 10 days’ salary held without clarity, and deductions (like ₹1200 for headphones) made without prior mention in the offer letter.
Additionally, there are no paid leaves in the initial months, and even the training period is unpaid despite completion.
Overall, the management lacks professionalism and clear communication, making the work environment unnecessarily stressful.
Please be cautious and ensure all terms — especially salary, deductions, and policies — are clearly documented before considering this company.
