      - A place you can call second home: Everyone is super friendly and you will be very welcomed from day one. - Collaborative Team: Strong teamwork and open communication across all departments. - Transparent Communication: Regular updates and clear information sharing from leadership. - Fast-paced Environment: Thriving in a dynamic and agile work setting. - Positive Work Atmosphere: A positive and inclusive workplace with a vibrant atmosphere. - Mission-Driven: A shared sense of purpose and commitment to the company's mission.

      No company is perfect, but they strict about working from the office policy. But they also have a flexible working remote if you requested it in advance (they didn't reject request from anyone)

      Pros

      You can share and work on your ideas. Very positive environment. Team is mixed with people from all age groups, from the recent graduate to 10+ years of experience. We actually try our product and engage in workshops with our partners. There's a gigantic opportunity for growth and growing the company

      - low-pressure environment, they usually understand that it takes time to build new features - low-stress environment if you don't care about the product

      Cons

      - disrespect for the employees - no self-awareness and zero empathy for employees - no feedback is really heard, things don't change - you have ZERO impact, size doesn't matter if the management doesn't take your opinion into consideration - on a daily basis, one feels mistrusted - from commentaries, observations, etc. - passive aggressive and cynical communication often - biased decisions based on random/chaotic data - one always feels treated as if they were stupid, and no real information or plans are given - no transparency, a lot of fake promises - around 7 or 8 people, from 12 of the formers had QUIT the company
