They pushed you to get training on the industry, and co-workers were friendly.

Cons

Quite cold personalities, not very welcoming and a bit hostile. Felt like "last one in first on out" unless you're well known in the field.

- Best Salaried commission structure on the market - Truly flexible working, work where you want - over 120 markets including all the major insurers - high level of employee engagement - No micromanagement - Best place to work if you want to build a book your way - place business where best for the client - As much support as you need on Handling, Marketing, strategy - big focus on being honest & open, bringing your whole self to work

Cons

- Absence of management oversight means you have to be disciplined & self-motivated - 'Teal' organisation, I.e no management structure, so not a place for people who want status (I.e Line Management)
