-Excess workload, no work life balance -The management/HR forcefully giving everyone a 50% paycut in the name of "performance base' structure with no prior consultation -Most of us are Still in the company because we have not yet found other options and the pay cut came abruptly, most employees currently here are dissatisfied and it is because of the management handling us like animals. -The rate of turnover is too high for a company that has been in operation for the last 6 years, people keep coming and going due to poor pay, poor management and excess workload. -Use of illegal ways to try and scare employees, not following the contracts -Compensation is also bad across board, most of us are underpaid and overworked
