Good consulting firm recently dubbed the best place to work by some eaters but that is up for debate
Cons
If your skin is white , you really don’t have much to prove to get in. They’d hire a person with questionable interpersonal, communication skills ,etc over a better candidate just because of the skin colour. And if you are Ukrainian, that’s it. The requirements to meet are bare minimum …… if you are of another colour, you have to work multiple times harder and if you are lucky they can hire you as a token to tick a certain box. I hope this changes in the future.
