- Bullying is brushed under the rug. Speaking up gets you labeled as “difficult.” - HR is completely unprofessional and often sides with toxic managers. Don’t expect support — they’re part of the problem. - Upper management lacks direction and accountability. They make demands without offering any strategic vision or support. - No one really knows what they’re supposed to be doing. Roles are unclear, processes are broken, and chaos is the norm. - High turnover and low morale. It’s hard to stay motivated when leadership doesn't lead and HR doesn’t care.
