Fast-paced projects that helped me grow technically and professionally. Exposure to modern frontend technologies (Weweb, FlutterFlow, VueJS). Supportive and collaborative teammates with a strong problem-solving culture. Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely. Management is approachable and open to new ideas.
Cons
Processes and workflows sometimes lacked structure, leading to last-minute changes. Limited documentation makes onboarding for new developers challenging. Salary progression and performance reviews could be more transparent. High workload at times, especially close to deadlines. The benefits package is basic compared to larger companies in the industry.
