There is no good reasons to work here. work is bad poor layouts and designs. bad team management. Too much following up and payments do no come easily.

Cons

I was hired for a project where I was given some urgent work (Layout). I have completed the given tasks on time. like I met all the timelines given by them perfectly tasks was over now about payments it was one week project and 3 weeks of following up. such a waste of time if you guys respect your time don't work with this company.

Pros

Not a single positive thing to talk about this agency.

Cons

Having spent my career in prestigious mainline advertising agencies, I sought to expand my experience into digital advertising by joining KORRA. Unfortunately, my time there left much to be desired. KORRA primarily focuses on basic social media post creation, which barely scratches the surface of what digital advertising entails. For those aspiring to excel in communication design or advertising, this agency may not be the ideal learning environment. Moreover, the financial practices at KORRA are concerning. They consistently fail to pay salaries on time, despite the standard expectation of payment by the 1st of each month. Excuses are plentiful, but resolutions are scarce. Additionally, they deduct taxes from employees' salaries but delay depositing these funds with the tax authorities, resulting in legal notices and penalties for employees. The agency's handling of Provident Fund contributions and settlement of Full and Final dues upon employee departure also fall short of industry standards. In summary, KORRA is not recommended as a workplace. Job seekers should be cautious of enticing promises that are rarely fulfilled. The toxic work culture and financial unreliability make it a challenging environment for anyone looking for stability and professional growth. I advise potential candidates to seek additional reviews from current or former employees before considering KORRA. Making an informed decision based on comprehensive feedback is crucial in navigating the job market effectively.
