If you’re into snitching, you’ll fit right in here! They pretty much promote it as the go-to way to handle any issues. Working at Kosas straight-up chipped away at my self-worth and left me totally burnt out. The management style is all about fear and undermining people, with tons of two-faced gossip and hidden agendas. Expect a lot of brown-nosing and emotional manipulation. They gaslight employees and only share half-truths to keep everyone in check. There’s major abuse of power, and most of the time, it feels mad unfair. Decisions are basically based on gossip and who’s sucking up. The work hours are ridiculously long, and the stress? Never-ending. They try to act like they care with quarterly parties and free products, but trust me, that’s just window dressing. On the outside, it looks all professional, but inside? It’s a toxic, abusive mess. If you value your self-esteem, don’t bother. You’ll end up feeling broken and abused.

So unprofessional, upper management has a lack of empathy, compassion, and overall skills to run a company properly.
