Pros

water hose in the toilet

Cons

- Playground for the political individuals - Work Bullying - Be prepared to take blame for everything if you do not bootlick the founder and his troops of 'senior employees' - Work ard the clock or be judged as not efficient (whatsapp can come in AROUND THE CLOCK) - Showcase your ability and be judged and outcast by jealous cliques in the company - Your hair color and appearance can be a reason for the gossipers (including C level management) - Play the politic games set by your management or be penalised in your work - Do not expect recognition for everything done right but expect to take the blame for those that do not stand together with the evil and jealousy cliques - Unhealthy place to be at - Creativity is not needed, traditional to the maximum extent - Does not like new ideas, does not want to explore digital nor social media marketing, very confined to the old thinking - Love comparing with any and every F&B brand instead of keeping own business in check Every person that bootlicks bosses basically will be recognized in this company. For those capable individuals that are sincere in contributing will be bullied if they do not bootlick to the vicious management. For example, a simple artwork actually takes 2 months to be up because even the finance, site manager and chef has decisive power, in the language and images used. Makes one wonder why they hire a marketeer? Site manager only sources sites to rent, shops to rent. Yet, a site manager has a say in the food quality, artwork design, and every little thing of the company. Again, there are authority rights of this post, which overwrite the marketing department. Senior employees like to form cliques and bully newcomers. Common practice of department hear to force employees to play politics by whatsapping them vicious and malicious words about other colleagues. Failure to follow tru, you will be given no work, and you will be outcast till you resign. I have never left a place within 1 month of my work there. This is the first and i am hopeful that it will be the last in SG.

Horrible management

Pros

• Monthly vegetarian buffet • Attractive performance bonus • Clean toilets with water sprays Honestly, I tried my best, nothing much I can think of.

Cons

• Staff benefits are not stated clearly and can be changed via verbal notice. • Unprofessional management, you have to bootlick in order to be recognised. • Doesn’t review by merit, but more of personal reasons. (Thus, no matter how well you’ve performed or achieved your KPIs, you will NEVER get the performance bonus you deserve if you have a bad immediate boss.) • Managerial level personnel playing politics and offending other managers but made innocents scapegoats. • Harrassment of personal issue (sexually/ bullying). • Detrimental to your mental health as the managers there will cyber-bully & mixed it in work. • Remuneration doesn’t commensurate to the job given. • You might have to invest in a voice recorder as people tend to flip words around to frame you. Protect yourself. • All in all, please refer to the rest of the reviews as they are better illustrated. A propaganda place.

Beautiful Outside; Ugly inside

Pros

While I join the company, the beauty of company to be told in orientation are mostly true except the "head" and toxic culture!

Cons

The Koufu management is a batch of children playing sand and Oscar Actors casting (Area Manager, Operating Manager). When the sand castle crushed, never mind just call someone and finding black sheep, acting Innocent. The boss is role-playing Godzilla leading the team being gangster and the management acting Bochap. The toxic culture: gangsterlism and no forget to "show off" by insulting other is thousands episodes drama showing in the office at least 4 days in a week.
