      Work Life Balance, Have to deal with outdated TL

      Nice location only other than that nothing

      Cons

      1. Work Life Balance is the major problem, mostly you have to work around 12-13 hrs a day. 2. Micro management (Just observe the structure of office as it gives answers to many of your questions and doubts) 3. Full stop on your technical growth. 4. Difficult to deal with outdated TL.

      Pros

      There is no any good reason to work in this company as there is no life balance, you have to extend every day 2 hours to reach your daily target. Better don't join the company.

      Cons

      They never think of the employees, the team leaders are disgusting, they will irritate you after you have finished your work for one hour daily saying this and that and they are not so qualified for being a team leader at all.
