Good infrastructure & good snacks provided at evening

This is a small company with UK clients. Their office is not in an techpark, but that is not problem. I have not seen so many green plants in any office. In the terrace garden there are fruits you can pluck and eat. There are tomatoes, passion fruit, goose berry, n mulbery. There are medicine plants also. No MNC gives that. There are Pgs right across the road, so you do not have to travel far in bangalore traffic. One good thing is management does not penalise you for genuine mistakes. I know this as I made two mistakes that cost company money. They work on latest technologies and keep upgrading all the time. SO this is a good place to learn new skills that improve your CV. After working here many people get very high salaries in other company. There is lot of opportunity to learn with the founder doing many training. Other managers also do training. You can approach Seniors at any time for help, but some times they check whether you have tried on your own, which some developer do not like Increments are comparable to other software companies with salary correction done two years back. Promotions are fast for people who do good work
