      Pros

      -Supportive colleagues -Strong product -Large corporate client -Good vision -Management showed resolve to take the company out of trouble 2 years ago -Lot of focus on attitude of people in hiring -Frequent snacking events -Rewards driven culture of contribution -Focus on bringing best practices in HR

      Cons

      The company went into some issues in mid 2017 and end 2018 though the top team shared their approach and will to resolve the issue but it had effect on the ratings and made recruiting tougher.

      Pros

      Only reason to work here is knowledge gaining from my colleague, seniors and a little from small Products.

      Cons

      No management, Delayed approvals, Delayed Salary disbursement almost everytime. Worst IT management, full of pseudo attractions, worst Infra, worst work environment. No control over workflow and pressure from client.
