The company requires employees to sign a Training Reimbursement Agreement for $1,000 if they leave within the first year. Former employees have reported difficulty recovering this amount even after the contract period has ended. Additionally, unused Paid Time Off (PTO) is not paid out upon separation, which may come as a surprise to those expecting a PTO cash-out.
