      You’ll get exposed to updated standards of working considering “Nigerian standard” .

      - Late payment of salaries beyond 14days - Poor staff treatment and lack of appreciation. - No plans for adaptation for new Staff into the organization’s system. - No proper ranking of staff and organization.
