      A great job if you just want to work.

      Pros

      The job itself is very easy. During the busy season (August- December) you don't have to worry about lack of work or down time during the day.

      Cons

      The management will not give you guidance or communicate to you. I found out December 31st that they would have a job for me in January and by then I had already made plans for another job.

      Straight forward and simple job. With the proper personnel, shop environment is lively and lighthearted.

      Absolutely vapid environment. Upper management continually fails to meet the needs of its employees and their workspaces will pursuing a commission-based annual compensation structure.
