Nothing is better, Its horrible to work in Kuliza, From day 1 you feel like fire. All the reviews of 4 & 5 stars are given by Kulizians forcefully by HR. All are Fake. I have joined before 2.5 years to this company and If I work here for a month, I will be mad.

Politics, Horrible, UnSecure, In my carrier I did not hear like this company. My salary is around 50 K and due to Covid-19 they have deducted 80%, they did not inform any things, they simply send a mail for 80% deduction. I was stunned, on 24th they tell we do not have a budget. They will not fire you but they will deduct your salary. For me, 8K (after PF and other deduction ) Its better to resign, and stay at home. If you resign they will release you on that day of resigning. I also tried to find out in 200 employees around 40 to 60 employees' salary was deducted around 80%. #worst-Company, If you do not have a job (or Kuliza is offring you), It's better to go home and help your family, please don't plan to work in Kuliza. If you consider a glass-door review for 1%. This is a real situation in Kuliza.
