Pros

Decent culture, better pay in area than competitors weekly pay decent benefits, support from other branches is nice, seems like a place you can grow

Cons

Minimal staffing, they try to keep costs down by having as few employees as possible, which in my experience leads to all the employees being burnt out in the extremes. Poor communication, and its a slow process to get anything accomplished

Neat Corporate Office. Great communication with other offices. Fairly good benefits. Fast response time from leadership. Company is investing in new technology.

Cons

Delayed bonuses. Lack of leader to pull things together and motivate people. 100% onsite with no WFH- except certain roles and leadership when convenient. Every department is bare-bones.

Company does not pay subs on time. Compensation package greatly lacking. A lot of turnover. Corporate is clueless when it comes to knowing how to treat employees. Culture is non existent...
