      Pros

      Decent culture, better pay in area than competitors weekly pay decent benefits, support from other branches is nice, seems like a place you can grow

      Cons

      Minimal staffing, they try to keep costs down by having as few employees as possible, which in my experience leads to all the employees being burnt out in the extremes. Poor communication, and its a slow process to get anything accomplished

      As soon as I walked in, I felt the positivity, the eagerness to make clients and the team happy. Overall have really seen nothing but good and moves to make the office even greater.

      None at this time, I think they are working out the kinks of some issues or the past.

      Pros

      Neat Corporate Office. Great communication with other offices. Fairly good benefits. Fast response time from leadership. Company is investing in new technology.

      Cons

      Delayed bonuses. Lack of leader to pull things together and motivate people. 100% onsite with no WFH- except certain roles and leadership when convenient. Every department is bare-bones.
