Pros

-No breathing down your neck. (you are responsible for your success or failure) -Provide Truck -Provide Gas -Provide all tools you would need to succeed

-On Call 24/7 -Have to go to tedious calls that at times you know are pointless to go to. -Must Work Major Holidays -Commission is lower than other Disaster Recovery businesses in area

Paid car and gas; growing company and industry

Cons

Leadership actively avoids productive problem solving and operates blindly without proper information when addressing issues. Nor do they take the time to discuss issues or solutions. There is a wealth of knowledge throughout the company (both at individual locations and corporate). However, the executives and controllers of the region do not empower or advocate for those on the ground trying to build the company. Innovation is lacking and collaboration is non-existent. Some of the regions are better than others, but if you are looking for a good culture where you feel proud to go to work - you may want to reconsider and ask more questions to determine if that specific Kustom location is good for you.
