      Pros

      Can't think of any pros as a foreigner in this company

      Cons

      No bonus, no increment at all for overseas branch offices. Basically treat the foreign staff as redundant. Only cherish their own kuwaiti citizens.

      flexibility and good salaries. 14 payments + bonuses. Flexible in terms of timing, gives you the opportunity to organize your private life easily.

      Cons

      Kuwaiti company, in a sense that all the decisitions get ages to take place. The base salary is high but the promotions aren't.

      People are very professional and friendly. everyone does not hesitate to offer help with your work

      Cons

      Top management are so demanding are every task is top urgent. No over-time, even If you stay too long after working hours.
