- Good Environment - Laptops Provided
Cons
- Poor Resource Handling. - Only Company encourages employees and not Leads and Managers. - They will get your work/ modules once done and upload it to the server and discourage you and work as worthless even though you work day and night and your module is running fine on the server. - Unfaithful snakes. - Projects are managed by Cross Domain Leads who know nothing about the project domain technology , don't understand what the developer's difficulty in that module. - Leads / managers will assign you a task and then they will ask you stop and do another task and the they will ask about the status of the first task (torcher the employees).
