      Pros

      CTO is great. Has a very scientific outlook towards everything. Evaluates every option/action/choice dispassionately. CTO is the only factor that packs potential in the product.

      Cons

      The CEO is made of what clerks are made of. Bias, race and prejudice determine his next course of action. Perpetually stuck on the drawing board. All talk, no action. Zero decisionmaking skills, unimaginative vision with a very thin-skinned personality. Can't tolerate counter-views. Loves his echo chamber. Big plans but no budget. Big idea but no product.

      Every day changing management mindset no leaves even he says to work on Labor holidays management Gives Fake Promise do not trust to Mr. Sidd Gandhi (CEO)

      Pros

      Close proximity to management, but frankly your experience will be much better of working as a store manager in retail outlet or grocery shop rather than working for Work work work almost like a CEO , he will come and applaud. When it comes to reward they give you rewards which delivery boy won't be able to accept. And all promises FAKE

      Cons

      They work from flat, there funding is happening from last 3 years , fakery, treachery and the top management cannot be trusted with anything Toughest things are delivered by employees but they treat them like slaves Good hardworking people don't stay in this company for long. Only ego massagers sustain in this company.
