      Good pay and great benefits

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations from CEO. Hostile work environment. Turnover =70+%, prior to 2018 turnover was less than 10%. Job description is not provided in writing and is ever changing. Parent company is aware of problems but chooses to ignore.

      Upgraded office and location were nice.

      Cons

      The company CEO is delusional, untrustworthy, and toxic. You rarely get paid what you are owed when you're owed it. CEO is solely responsible for the negative reputation of many powersports dealers across the United States. We were taught by the CEO, Mandy to intentionally lie and deceive dealers in regards to inventory and sales inquires.
