Difficult environment to work in

Pros

Colleagues were a pleasure to work with. Plenty of long lasting relationships created. Allowed to take time off without any issues.

Cons

Poor communication between C-level management and department managers. Poor pay considering experience/education. Marketing strategies implemented were poorly executed due to upper managements unwillingness to see projects through and constant bickering. Micromanaging is done to an obscene level. Managers are not actually managers, only by title.

Upper management/owner and son are very incompetent. Praised people to their face, criticized and belittled behind their back.
