      Pros

      Free Clothes twice a year Free time, longish hours but manageable. Not hard work.

      Cons

      Shambles, badly organised, 3 jobs one salary, fired a girl once they'd sent her to open a shop in china. Head claims financial issues every time someone has been let go.

      Lovely customers that love the brand and are loyal

      Cons

      - Needs at least 2 competent managers to manage everyday activities. - Having to simultaneously answer calls, emails and manage e-commerce orders all while serving customers is not ideal and can be very stressful during peak times.
