Paid 1/2 hour lunch, paid holidays, PTO accumulates as you work, small group to work within, annual review (+/- raise), annual bonus, simple IRA w/company match, health care stipend
Cons
PTO must be taken in 8hr increments to "promote vacation" thus punishing staff that needs to take time off for appointments, poor training regiments, no sick time given, annual reviews seem interpersonal based rather than skill/ability improvement
