Pros

L'TUR is a company with a 30-year history that kept its young and almost startup-like culture with low hierarchies and fast decision processes. Great company culture with a family-like atmosphere. As a new employee you immediately feel at home. As part of the TUI Group, L'TUR combines the advantages of a mid-size company with the benefits of a large corporation. After a tough year in 2015/16, many people at L'TUR know what to fight for and work hard to reach their goals. L'TUR is looking for and needs, young, experienced talents, especially in IT, eCommerce, Marketing and product management.

Cons

L'TUR is troubled by bad management decisions in the past, lack of a real vision and strategy and a market with tough competition. After changing the entire top-management, L'TUR is now under full control of TUI Group and faces some tough challenges over the next years. The next years will be important to achieve the turnaround for the company, but it is still unclear, if the outcome will be successful for L'TUR.
