Small team with big goals, there are plenty of opportunities to expand your scope of work to grow your career and knowledge.
Cons
Some hierarchy still exists, and there may be cultural shock if you arent used to Japanese working culture. The Singapore team is quite tempered down though, so it's not as bad as one might think. HR from Japan does make an effort to ensure hires are well taken care of.
